Slight Words

Terms like depression are so very thrown around. You can be sad, and you may be sad enough to be depressed, but it’s important to remember that mental illnesses are MEDICAL CONDITIONS. They’re not just feeling low or feeling weird. They’re having chemical imbalances in the brain that cause a variety of symptoms, from feeling very sad, to hearing God telling you to kill your children because the Judgement is coming. Imagine, that’s all brain chemistry, alongside some psycho-social factors. 

I am so tired. Clonazepam. To help the scary sensations in my neck. It gets hot, and then I feel angry and restless. Life before February. I do not understand.
